HBBC Week 2

This is week 2 of the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge. The first week was a big one in points, with a weekend and mid-week long run. Let’s see how being back in a normal routine affects the total for week #2!

Week 2: November 26 – December 2

Saturday:

  • OJ (2 servings), fried apples (1 serving), banana, Qdoba burrito bowl w/roasted veggies, tomatos, lettuce, avocado (4 servings) = 1 point
  • Total Daily Points = 1

Sunday:

  • 8.6 miles = 8.6 points
  • 1 hour cleaning house = 2 points
  • Banana, Grilled Shrimp Salad (4 servings) = 0 points
  • Total Daily Points = 10.6

Monday:

  • Unwich w/lettuce, tomato, sprouts (2 servings) = 0 points
  • Total Daily Points = 0

Tuesday:

  • 11 miles = 11 points
  • Smoothie (2 servings), Apples/grapes (1 serving), steamed chicken w/veggies (2 servings), banana, stuffed baked potato w/chili and veggies (1 serving), broccoli (1 serving) = 1 point
  • Total Daily Points = 12

Wednesday:

  • 45 minutes swimming = 4.5 Points
  • Banana, OJ, blueberries w/greek yogurt & granola (1 serving), greek yogurt w/strawberries (1 serving) sandwich w/tons of lettuce and tomato (1 serving), sushi w/avocado, cucumber, asparagus (1 serving), pineapple = 1 Point
  • 1.5 mile walk w/dogs = 1.5 Points
  • Total Daily Points = 7 Points

Thursday:

  • 10 miles = 10 Points
  • Banana, Cerearl w/blueberries & a banana (2 servings), OJ, Moe’s rice bowl w/cucumbers, mushrooms, lettuces, tomatoes/salsa, avocado (3 servings), Shrimp pasta w/spinach (1 serving), roasted broccoli (1 serving)= 1 Point
  • 1 Mile Walk w/dogs = 1 Points
  • Total Daily Points = 12

Friday:

  • 1 hour spin class = 6 points
  • Banana, Cereal w/blueberries (1 serving), OJ, shrimp pasta w/spinach & roasted broccoli (3 servings), pineapple = 1 Point
  • Total Daily Points = 7

Total Weekly Points = 49.6

  • Bonus Points = 4
  • Week 1 = 56.7

Total Cumulative Points = 110.3

  1. So excited I’m getting a Garmine Forerunner for xmas!! yippeee! 🙂 Just gotta figure out how to use the dang thing!!
