HBBC Week 4

This is week 4 of the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge. The goals this week were the same as last week:

  • Solid cross-training – Check! 
  • No days with 0 points like the previous weeks – Check!
  • Beat Week 1 total of 56 points – Check! 

Three for three in accomplishing goals! Best week yet!

Week 4: December 10 – 16

Saturday:

  • 20 Miles = 20 Points
  • OJ, salad w/mixed greens, spinach, artichokes and peas (4 servings), raw veggies (1 serving) = 0 points
  • Total Daily Points = 20

Sunday:

  • 24 Miles Biked = 8 Points
  • OJ, pineapple, edamame, chili over cauliflower rice (3 servings), green beans = 0 Points
  • Total Daily Points = 8

Monday:

  • OJ, Cereal w/banana & blackberries (2 servings), sandwich w/tons of lettuce/tomatoes (1 serving), pasta w/greenbeans, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes (3 servings) = 1 Point
  • Total Daily Points = 1

Tuesday:

  • 11 Miles = 11 Points
  • OJ, yogurt w/granola & blackberries (1 serving), green beans, banana, spinach = 0 Points
  • Total Daily Points = 11

Wednesday:

  • 40 minutes elliptical = 4 Points
  • 30 minutes upper body weights = 1.5 Points
  • OJ, cereal w/blueberries & banana (2 servings), cobb salad w/guac dressing (3 servings), pasta w/greenbeans, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes (3 servings), pineapple = 1 Point
  • 30 Minutes Cleaning House = 1 Point
  • Total Daily Points = 7.5

Thursday:

  • 5.6 Miles = 5.6 Points
  • OJ, Yogurt w/granola, cherries & blueberries (2 servings), Chili w/cauliflower rice (2 servings), pineapple, OJ = 1 Point
  • Total Daily Points = 6.6 Points

Friday:

  • Swim 45 Minutes = 4.5 Points
  • OJ, pizza w/tomatoes & mushrooms (1 serving), = 0 Points
  • Total Daily Points = 4.5

Total Weekly Points = 58.6

  • Bonus Points = 4
  • Week 1 = 56.7
  • Week 2 = 49.6
  • Week 3 = 47.6

Total Cumulative Points = 216.5

    Great job meeting all 3 goals! Marathon training is great for racking up the points… I’m jealous of the 20 miler= 20 points! I’m slowly working my way back up to the double digits, and am doing around 10 tomorrow.
